This page is only for the app marketing website at app.qasra.org (features, screenshots, FAQs, support form, beta info, and related pages). The QASRA mobile app (accounts, bookmarks, location, prayer tools, and in-app data) is covered separately at legal.qasra.org/privacy.
1. Who we are
QASRA (Quran and Sunnah Research Academy Foundation) publishes this site to describe the free QASRA app, show screenshots and features, answer common questions, collect support feedback, and point people to download links.

2. What this policy covers
It covers browsing and using app.qasra.org — reading pages, using the support form, joining beta information, and following store or social links.
It does not cover:
- data collected inside the mobile app after install — see legal.qasra.org/privacy;
- third-party sites you leave us for (Google Play, App Store, social networks, and similar).
3. Information we may receive
You send us on purpose
- Support form: feedback type, name, email, ratings, how long you have used the app, and your message (when you submit the form on this site). Submissions may be processed via Google Forms infrastructure when that form is used.
- Email: whatever you write to [email protected] or other addresses we publish.
Technical information (usual website traffic)
Hosting and security layers may process standard request data — for example IP address, browser type, pages requested, and approximate time — to keep the site running and secure, not to sell advertising profiles about you.
We do not require an account to read this marketing website.

- to improve the app and these pages where your feedback helps;
- to run, host, and protect this website;

We do not sell your personal information from this website. We do not rent support-form details to advertisers.

Each third party has its own privacy policy once you leave app.qasra.org.
7. How long we keep messages
Support and feedback messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if relevant, to keep a normal record. You can ask us to delete a message thread where it is practical and lawful to do so.

We use HTTPS for this site and rely on reputable hosting. No method of transmission on the internet is perfect; we take reasonable care with what you send us.
9. Children
These pages are for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for marketing through this site. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through the support form, email us and we will remove it where we can.

- You can browse without filling the support form.
- You can email [email protected] about website form messages you sent.
- For data inside the installed app (account, bookmarks, location), use in-app delete tools and the policy at legal.qasra.org/privacy.

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of app.qasra.org after a change means you have seen the new version.
